Manager of Information Technology

  • Support our daily operations across multiple office locations through the maintenance and upkeep of our technology that supports our system stability, remote access, mobility, collaboration, facility support and sustainability

  • Collaborate with the leadership team in identifying, planning, development, and implementation of systems that will support the future vision of the company

  • Lead/manage desktop support and telecommunications

  • Oversee maintenance of hardware

  • Stay up to date on security risks and ensure corporate security

  • See that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently

  • Optimize profitability and customer satisfaction through technology

  • Develop and maintain a business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of data and IT services in the event of a disaster

  • Research new solutions and design technologies and recommend changes based on analysis of their impact on all user requirements

  • Implement knowledge management technologies to help build and market the collective knowledge of our firm


  • 5+ years experience VMWare (6.5 preferred) 

  • Microsoft Server 2008 R2, 2012 and 2016 experience

  • Managing/maintaining storage networks

  • Management of switches and firewalls

  • Experience working with Office 365 a plus

  • Experience working with AutoCAD a plus


  • BS in computer science or related field required; master's degree is a plus

  • Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, is a plus

  • 5-10 years' experience in the technology field

  • Solid working knowledge of current security protocols

  • Solid understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, standards and cloud technologies. Knowledge of systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management

  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
