Our growth has created an immediate opportunity for a Traffic Engineering Service Leader within our Traffic Team in our Andover, MA office.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively interact with staff, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver project solutions.

  • Help supervise and manage Traffic Team in preparation of analysis, traffic modeling, mitigation planning, reports, and studies.

  • Oversee preliminary and final design of intersections, traffic control, and intelligent transportation system plans.

  • Serve as a mentor to junior staff in performing safety inventories and assessments.

  • Lead the supervision, scheduling, and QA/QC process within the Traffic Team and work closely with other Teams on multi-discipline projects.

  • Assist with client management, proposals, and business development.

  • Presentations for public and private projects.

Qualifications

  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • 5-20 years of experience in traffic engineering.

  • Management of transportation projects for municipalities, agencies, and private clients.

  • PE is preferred.

  • PTOE is preferred.
