Medical Office Redevelopment

TEC is proud to have assisted Haverhill MOB, LLC with the redevelopment of the former bowling alley located at 600 Primrose Street. The project entailed the construction of a brand new 30,000+ square foot medical office building, including new parking, landscaping, utilities and stormwater management infrastructure.

To bring the site back to life, our team provided due diligence, conceptual site plans, permitting strategy, site design, local permitting documents, and construction support. We ensured to comply with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) Stormwater Management Policy and City of Haverhill Regulations. We also prepared a Traffic Impact Assessment to accompany the local permitting documents.

Our team worked closely with the City’s Conservation Department and Peer Review Consultant to produce an environmentally sensitive design due to important resource areas bordering the property. The state-of-the-art medical office building opened in Fall 2017, and is now called home by Anna Jacques Hospital and their affiliates.
