Cranberry Crescent Redevelopment

TEC was the civil engineering consultant for the planning, permitting and design of the 53-acre Cranberry Crescent Development project.  The project transformed a sand pit into a 320,000-sf development consisting of retail, restaurant, and office tenants. The firm incorporated significant public infrastructure improvements, including a boulevard style connector road (Commerce Way) with multiple signalized intersections, water loops, a sewer extension, and pump station to support the development onsite.
Our team developed a permitting strategy with High Rock Development for the extensive approvals and permitting. This required extensive coordination with town and state agencies to ensure consistency with other on-going transportation improvements. The first tenant, Market Basket, opened in May 2016. We currently serve as a construction inspector and project liaison.
