TEC successfully produced a base plan of the Honda/Grainger site on Marston Street in support of the site’s redevelopment. Major project tasks included base plan production with topographic, utility, and boundary information. Our team overcame the challenges of working within a functioning automobile dealership lot, multiple tiered parking areas, and extensive underground utility systems. We performed a full ground survey to locate all existing improvements and topography. To establish parcel boundary lines, we conducted research through Essex County North Registry of Deeds, MassDOT, and the City of Lawrence. The information was processed and plotted into a final AutoCAD Civil 3D drawing.
